Installation

If you can dream it, we can build it. As a custom pool and spa manufacturer, Pure Stainless has the expertise and manufacturing flexibility to create a vessel that works in even the most challenging spaces – whether commercial or residential. Our team will work with you or your builder/engineer to devise a plan that will meet the unique installation specifications for your project.

In ideal scenarios, the vessel will be delivered and installed in one piece. This reduces on-site construction time and installation costs. In areas with limited access, pre-fabricated and pre-plumbed sections are craned into place. Other sections can be built to accommodate additional access limitations. The vessel must rest on a level, load-bearing, engineered surface. Pure Stainless is available to assist with on-site installation.

Dependent on the area where the vessel will be installed, Pure Stainless offers three installation types:

Recessed mount

Used when the spa will be partially recessed beneath the ground or a deck.

flush mount

Used when the spa will be completely recessed into the ground or deck.

on-grade mount

Used when the spa will be on ground level.

Finishes

Pure Stainless provides a wide selection of tile options to meet your design needs and preferences. We will work with you to ensure your finish option complements your project’s colour scheme, style and décor. Our seasoned tilers can bring any custom project to life with ease and expertise to deliver a spectacular, sleek finished look.

Stainless Steel

The all-stainless finish offers a clean and contemporary look. A non-directional buffed finish is applied to all interior stainless steel surfaces.

Tile Trim

This option combines both stainless and tile. The floor, seats, step treads, waterline and top lip are finished with your tile choice. The walls and step risers are then finished in non-directionally buffed stainless steel for a polished, vibrant look.

Full Tile

The entire interior surface is clad with tile, without any visible stainless steel.

No. It will not heat to the point of burning you, but since stainless steel is a conductor, it will take on conditions of the environment around it (e.g. air or water). It will not warp due to overexposure to heat or sun.

How do you clean a stainless steel vessel?

Stainless steel is non-porous and can be wiped clean with a mild detergent. It provides an effective barrier against the buildup of bacteria black spot, mildew and other germs, which can stain other surfaces, such as concrete, acrylic, fiberglass and vinyl liners. That is why stainless steel is commonly used in kitchens, hospitals and other sterile settings.
